Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade any time and we prorate the difference. Downgrades take effect at the end of your billing period.
What counts as a user?
Anyone who logs in to create or edit records. Read-only viewers for reporting are free on Growth and Scale.
Can you migrate data from our current CRM?
Import contacts, organisations, deals, products and more from CSV or vCard files, with field mapping and duplicate handling. On Scale, our team will run the migration for you.
Where is my data stored?
Our team can tell you exactly where Red Squirrel is hosted and how backups work, and talk you through running it on your own servers if you prefer.
